While a Level 2 Gym Instructor qualification is preferred, your personality, work ethic, and passion for people are what matter most. We can teach you the rest.
What You’ll Do
As the face of the club on weekends, you will be the first point of contact for our members and guests. Your focus will be split between creating a welcoming atmosphere and driving club growth.
Member Experience: Welcome members with high energy, answer queries, and maintain a spotless, safe, and motivating gym floor environment.
Club Growth: Tour prospective members around the facility, understand their fitness goals, and confidently show them why Anytime Fitness is the right fit for them.
Outreach & Connection: Help drive weekend inquiries through friendly phone calls, email follow-ups, and engaging with the local community.
Operational Excellence: Complete daily club checklists, handle basic admin, and step in to cover shifts during staff holidays where available.

Growth Mindset: A strong willingness to learn the ins and outs of fitness management and sales, with a desire to progress your career with us.
Qualifications: A Level 2 Gym Instructor certificate is a big plus, but a great attitude and a willingness to learn are essential.
