Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Sports Coach to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sports coaching and educating individuals on various sports disciplines.
Main Duties include
Delivering Sports and Physical Education to children in a school setting. Delivering a range of sports from basketball and tennis to dance and gymnastics during after and before school times. This post is not only for school term time provision but also required over the holiday periods. Improving children’s development through high quality P.E.
Duties:
– Develop and implement training programs for athletes in specific sports
– Instruct athletes on proper techniques, strategies, and rules of the game
– Motivate and inspire athletes to reach their full potential
– Provide constructive feedback to athletes to enhance their performance
– Organize and supervise practice sessions and competitions
– Monitor the progress of athletes and adjust coaching techniques as needed
Experience:
– Previous experience in sports coaching preferred
– Strong communication skills to effectively educate and engage athletes
– Knowledge of different sports disciplines and coaching methodologies
– Ability to work collaboratively with athletes of all skill levels
– Certification in sports coaching or related field is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £12.75-£13.25 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 24 per week
