Leading Pilates classes at Abbeydale: This class is a perfect introduction to Pilates, based on Joseph Pilates’ original 34 exercises. With a strong focus on mobility and stretching, we’ll move through slow, precise exercises to enhance flexibility, body awareness, and strength at a comfortable pace.
Mostly floor-based exercises—feel free to bring your own pillow or neck support. Blocks, mats, and a limited number of blankets will also be available.
