Cancer Exercise Instructor (Part-Time)

The Role
You will deliver safe, inclusive, and effective exercise sessions within our specialist facility, supporting individuals at different stages of their cancer journey.
This is a part-time role with clear progression opportunities, including the potential to grow into a full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
•Deliver group-based exercise sessions for cancer patients and survivors
•Adapt CUFITTER classes to meet individual needs, medical considerations, and abilities
•Support, motivate, and build confidence in participants
•Monitor progress and wellbeing
•Contribute to a safe, welcoming, and community-focused environment

Essential Requirements
•Level 3 Fitness Instructor qualification
•Exercise Referral qualification
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills
•A compassionate, person-centred approach

Desirable
•Experience or confidence working with individuals with long term medical conditions
•Successful candidate will be required to complete
CUFITTER Award in Applied Delivery of Cancer Exercise
