We have developed this dedicated area for employers within our Careers Hub platform to support employers and organisations in the sport and physical activity sector. Our goal is to provide you with the essential tools, insights and resources to help you build and maintain a dynamic, motivated and skilled workforce.

Through our local skills project and Insight Hub, CIMSPA are capturing workforce data from around the country to create a true picture of current and upcoming recruitment and retention challenges in the sport and physical activity sector.
